Pulsating Feeling In Tummy At 13 Weeks Anyone Else

Throughout the day I notice a pulsating feeling in my lower abdomen. It is usually in a very distinct place, like where I would imagine the baby to be. It doesn't really hurt but it does make me dizzy sometimes. If I'm sitting down and get up I cramp a little bit also. Has anyone else experienced this or something similar around 13 weeks? Is it normal? It worries me because when you hurt a body part...say you hit your finger with a hammer or something....you can feel that pulsating throbbing feeling. Any ideas as to what causes this??

I've been experiencing the similar throbbing sensation too. I described it to my husband as feeling like a pulse or a shock coupled with sensations as if my period is coming. It jolly well scared the hell out of me because my appt. is not due until 3 days from now. I have tried to search the NET for an explanation of such symptoms but haven't been successful.
