The only way to be sure if you are or not, is to get a pregnancy test. And remember that home pregnancy tests are not always right, so try to go to a doctor. If they do a blood test,(which is the most accurate), it wont show up unless you're at least 6 weeks along.

The same cramps for a period can be felt for a pregnancy. If you are normally very regular with your periods and there isn't any extra stress in your life recently it would be best to take an at home prenancy test....just make sure you take it first thing in the morning...that's when it is most accurate. hey there gurl! For sure about the tests, there are lots of ways to know if your pregnant or not...swollen and burning of the b___sts...morning sickness any time of the day...missed period (not all in everyones case) but just dont be paranoid if u think u may be, the test will know for sure..if u still arent convinced with the home tests go to the doctor to get farther tests..that way u will know for sure!!
