For the past 3 or 4 nights I have had to sleep on the couch because my hips have been hurting so bad how can I get it to stop hurting?

I haven't had this problem but my friend did with both of her pregnancies. She alternated between going to the chiropractor and ma__sage therapist. Hope this helps.

Oh..yes...me too! My hips hurt terribly bad. It is usually my right hip that goes out of place. It always has, even when I'm not pregnant. It is always much worse while pregnant though. And I'm not talkin' almost due pregnant, I mean it hurts for pretty much the entire pregnancy! Well now, just today I noticed it has shifted to my left hip! I don't know how to make the pain stop short of going to chiropractor and not wearing high heels.
