I thought i was having symptoms similar to a yeast infection since i've had them in the past while pregnant.I started treating it with monistat 3 but im only on my first trimester.Could i hurt the baby?

I read that otc yeast medications are safe during any trimester.

Yes, I don't think you have anything to worry about either, but you might want to call your dr's office just to make sure before you use it again.
