I am 7 weeks & I see everyone seems to experience sore nipples, but my question is what to do to help relieve the pain? Bandaids to cover them, warm washcloth? Any help would be wonderful!!

I feel for you, I'm 37 weeks as of Friday and I recall how tender my chest was. I'm not sure what you can do - try picking up some nipple cream and applying it. I also found that for the actual b___st part if it's sore to apply cold packs or try a warm shower (easy on the ater pressure though!! lol). I hope I helped and you have my sympathies.
