46 Days Since Lmp And So Confused

So I'm 46 days past lmp and Ihave no signs of af. We weren't trying but we weren't preventing either. With my last pregnancy Didn't test positive until almost nine weeks but had a prolapse after his birth. I have a few symptoms but negative tests so far. Yesterday Istarted spotting. I mean one out of every 5 times I go to the bathroom Isee very faint pink. More than that though my cervix is very low and soft. I can't explain it. But Ifeel pregnant. I would love to go to the dr but unfortunately have no insurance seeing as Iam a stay at home mom. My boyfriend chose to support our family. Anyways Iwas just looking for any advice or similar stories. Or when should Igo to the dr if Idont get a result by the time my next period is due. Thanks!

Jess, I think waiting to see if you miss a second period is a smart move. Will the boyfriend pay for a doctor visit at that time? If not, there may be one of those right-to-life places with an ultrasound. Take the prenatal vitamins just in case. GL!
