5 Weeks Pregnant, Thick Endometrium No Sac.

hey ladies! I’ve had 4 miscarriages. My last one was in January and I was not far along at all. It around 3-4 weeks. Well I’m 5 weeks pregnant now. I’ve been getting my hCG levels checked. March 5th (16) March 7th (28) March 13th (202 March 14th (306) March 19th (1,300). They still can’t see a sac on the US yet. My endometrium is 16mm thick but no sign of a pregnancy yet. Is this normal? I’ve gotten positive hpt’s and positive blood tests. My hCG levels are double fine but why can’t we see the sac? Could my January miscarriage have effects on when I will see it? I’m worried.

Veronica, I’m sure the doctor is telling you to be patient. The numbers look good and the fact the sac has not been seen yet may not be significant. I’m surprised the doc is running so many blood tests - maybe business is slow! Best wishes this time around.
