Desperately Need Help When Did I Get Pregnant

Ok so had my period on the 23rd of dec I went to Seattle and while I was their ended up sleeping with my exhusband kinda a pay back for my current husband cheating on me twice I know it was wrong this was on 1/25 I then had my period on 1/27 and again on 2/21 I just found out I was pregnant today and had an ultra sound also today that said I was about 4wks 5dys which would put conception 1/25 is this really happening could this be my exhusbands?? Or is it to soon to put an accurate date on it is since its just the starting of a just atonal sac.. Please help
