First Pregnancy Did You Worry

So I'm 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant and i knew right away that i was pregnant
I had 1 week of cramps and than it went away now i feel very tired all the time i mean i sleep 11 hours and when i wake up i still feel tired and nauseous never drew up yet
I went to the GYN and they said that everything is alright.
There is my question DID you worry or do you ?
