I have an appointment booked with the doctor but wanted some advice. I am normally regular as clockwork with periods, coming every 27/28 days. I was on the contraceptive pill but came off it a while ago. about 2 weeks pre-period i started getting heartburn, even to the point i wasnt sleeping becasue of it, and i even woke up with it etc. I have had sore br___ts which i thought was due to my period approching. this month my period came a day early and was not its normal heavy beginning - I didnt have to change much etc. by saturday afternoon it had basically gone and have had NOTHING since. I have done 2 preg tests that have come back negative. I am starting to get bad nauseua over anyhting and even drinking water is making me double take . does anyone think i may be pregnant just not have enough hormone yet to show up? I have known this to happen to some people. I just wondered about anyone elses experiences

to pianogirl89 it sounds like you had possible implantation bleeding, if it was lighter and not as long as a normal period, generally more brown or pink in colour and no clots.though it can be red and have a few small clots but not like a normal period. and with the pregnancy test you levels of HCG generally double every 2-3 days from the day of implantation, this is normally only a few days before you preiod is due, so calculating from this your HCG levels would be too low for you to test and you would have to wait about 2 weeks from when your period would have been due to have an accurate test result. hope this may help a little

Thank you so much! That's great advice! Well I'm still feeling sick and now have bloatedness, even if not eating normal food (i have to avoid bread) so anything appears to bloat me Out now! The blood was mostly brown tbh an a little bit of red. I have also been regularly exercising which can kick start my period but not, but there is a little more discharge
