Too Early To Be Lactating

Im 7 months pregnant and this morning I noticed a small amount of white crust around my left nipple and i noticed that the nipple had started to \"open\" a little if you know what I mean by that. Everything Ive read says that you don\'t start lactating or secreting colostrum until right before you give birth or even after. Isn\'t it a little early? Also, my br___ts have been sore and sensitive my entire pregnancy up until about a week ago when the soreness completely stopped. Is this my br___ts getting ready for br___tfeeding or does it sound like something abnormal to anyone?
