Could I Possibly Be Pregnant Please Help 2

my bf and i had unprotected s_x on early hrs of July 19th, a day before my ovulation day. I have a 28day menstrual cycle, so my expected ovulation day was friday 20th. for some reason it didnt worry me to get emergency pills until after 72hrs. I took the first course of the pills around 11am on July 22nd, then forgot to take the last course until the following day around 6am, a good 7 hours late (instead of 11pm on July 22nd).
I have since been experiencing some funny thick cream-white discharge, with a cream-like smell. first few days i experienced this i thought it was maybe sperms clearing out of my body or something..but this kept going on and on but its quite thicker now, and not as much as it used to be...it leaves some brownish stains on my panties/pantyliners, and every time i bath i make sure i clean up my va___a well :(
sometime last week i experienced some kinda cramping to the right ovary a coupla times, even just now i just experienced some. Last week my nipples were painful, and my br___ts tender, my br___ts are still tender though.
I also experienced some skin allergic reaction after taking the emergency pill, for almost a week my body was itchy, i got a few pimple-like bumps on my back mostly around the waist line and around the bra straps. I dont know if this was some counter-indication or something, i really dont understand
One last thing since the 'expected ovulation day' ive had my face breaking out really bad, but has since cleared out since around July 29th. I am about 2-3days to my next period HOPEFULLY, and normally around this time thats when i start breaking out. Could it be because the emergency pill affected my cycle or having delayed to take the pill and even forgetting to take the last course 12 hrs later might mean i am pregnant?
of late i am just feeling tired, edgy and sleep a lot, my waist kills me every now n then, and the discharge worries me even more.
what could be the cause? what are the chances that the emergency pill worked? can i take the pregnancy test now or should i wait and see if my period is late? PLEASE HELP!!

Test Sunday morning first am pee. You are having some unusual hormone upsets, for sure, but they don't have to add up to pregnancy. With the timing of ovulation and PlanB, there's a 50/50 chance. GL!

i got myslf the home test kit, and was ready to test as soon as i wake up. Would it be too early to test? Shall i still wait for sunday? *anxious*

...and again chances r fertilization might have taken place on the exact ovulation day right? I mean since the sperms were already there waiting? And i only took planB probably 2-3days after fertilization, would it still work?
