Hate This PCOS

I'm 29 and I was diagnosed in 2008 with PCOS. I was on depoprovera for birth control for nearly three years before someone told me it could cause me to be sterile. Once I came off I had a month long period that was crazy painful, but then they started being regular. They usually start a couple days sooner every other month. To some this might be regular, but given the amount of days in each month fluctuates, I believe it to be regular. At any rate, it's been regular enough for me to know when it's coming. That being said, I'm now on CD 49. In the past 7 years, my cycles have been between 25-31 days, with the exception of two times, once in 2008, and once in 2014. Both of those times I skipped the period altogether and had one the next month. I'm hoping this is the case this time. I took a pregnancy test last Thursday, negative. However last night I had a bout of nausea. I did not get sick, but it was bad enough for me to run to the bathroom thinking I was going to be sick. After a bit it subsided. I never experience nausea. So I took another test this morning. Still negative. Obviously this could be my PCOS screwing with me, so I'm not that concerned, although the nausea makes me curious. I know I've probably just answered my own question, but seeing advice/suggestions and anyone who has experienced the same or similar situation would be re uring.
