If Anybody Knows I Would Appreciate An Answer

They say that sometimes every pregnancy you may feel things a bit earlier. Does anybody know if they consider ever full term pregnancy? or is it every pregnancy. for example this is actually my 6th pregnancy. I've had 4 miscarriages. I really dont have any idea how far along I am yet, but it seems like things are happening a lot sooner, or maybe I am further into it than I think. For example my stomach is sticking out a lot further (I normally have a very flat stomach) and I seem to be getting braxton hicks sooner (during s_x etc) and I feel this stretching, tearing feeling like I am further along. Maybe I am being paranoid due to the previous miscarriages. Any info is appreciated if anybody knows. thank you very much.
