Pinch Pain On Low Back..Pregnant?

Hey everyone I'm new here.. I have a question, I am 3-4 dpo and since yesterday I have this pinch like pain on my low back right where my spinal cord ends.. It's not that bad, but it is a little uncomfortable it comes and goes. Can it be a sign of pregnancy this early?
