I had actually stated a post about E.P.T and how effective it was. No one responded back so i am glad that you spoke about E.P.T. Is it a good brand? How many tests did you take before it resulted in a positive?

i just took it yesterday but i took a different test today and it came out negative so i guess i am not pregnant. i dont know about the cheaper test much but i do know a few people who had good luck with dollar store brands.i am not having to many symptoms, only cramping in the lower belly and by my belly b___ton, and some dizziness but no nausea,or bigger b___bs they are only alittle sore. so i dont know what is going on. good luck!

.....pregnancy tests, like pharmaceuticals, are temp. sensitive, this i do know, but, since most of those companies ship overseas, temperatures vary greatly, especially in the back of a trailer going through, let's say, northern canada then to pheonix (hypothetical, so don't anyone get all bent out of shape saying "there aren't any roads in northern canada!!") But you get the point, some chemicals may also be jarred around....and I don't really trust hpt's anyway...I've seen too many problems and the hormone/chemical reaction thingy...ehhhh, dunno, and Young Woman, dunno when you are taking the test, but i've always heard first thing in the morning when you take the morning gotta-get-there-before-that-soda-i-drank-last-night-runs-out run, when the pregnancy hormones are greatest. At least, that's what I know OB docs say...

hehehe....just thought of this...pregnancy tests must've been designed by a woman....never can make up it's mind...typical woman...hehehehe.....I'm gonna catch hell for that one....

To sad, well i am very sorry to hear that you received a big fat negative. As for me, i do not trust the cheap brands at all. Yes, there are some that have good luck, but others not. I do not know if it is because the brand of the test i bought or what, but i will never try those again. For me, i am having many symptoms and still no period. Yes, i had a week earlier from when my period was suppose to start, some bright red and pink spotting, but since then, that is the only sight of blood that i have seen. I am most likely going to buy a good brand, read out pregnancy test, tomorrow or the next day and take it in the early morning. If not tomorrow, i will wait until the mid of this month and take it then. I just want to know what is going on. I, yes, would only be around a month, but for some reason, my stomach just looks a bit diff. And also, my stomach, inside, always feels that it is on fire, some what like heart burn but in my tummie area. I, would swear, that i am preg, but if i am not, that would be a bit shock for me!

To TruckinFool, i understand completely what you are saying. I, myself, really do not trust HPT, Especially after the incident that is occurring for me now. Well yes, i do in fact, take my tests in the early morning. Well, at least for the second test that i did take, was in the early morning. I woke up many times in the mid night to go to the restroom, but held it in as long as i could, so my time having to wake up to get ready for the day, i rushed to the bathroom to take it. And then i seen the results but then faded.

*shrug* that exhausts all my knowledge about that then.....sorry

Yea, i think everyone is in a loop when it comes to me telling them my story and what is occurring for me. I guess i am just going to have to consult my physician about what is going on. Hopefully everything is in good order

Hey yall so i am 14 days late and yesterday i went to the ER to see what was going on all she did was a pee test so at first it was positive then it faded into negative... She was like maybe itll come back ill be back... Came back still negative... On my discharged papers still says one of the reasons i havent started is because of pregnancy.... Like im confused?? And pretty upset she wouldn't/couldn't tell me more but to follow up with my primary.... In couple of days ill check again at home ????
