I really depends on the length of your cycle. Most research will tell you the day you ovulate will be 14 days prior to the start of your next period. With that said you should count backwards 14 days. If you are normally a 30 day person, I would say you would normally ovulate on the 16th and so on. Keep in mind if you are not always regular that day can change a little each month depending on the length of your cycle. Also, because sperm can live up to 72 hours once inside you and takes 6-8 hours to travel up to your egg, the best thing to do is have s_x every day starting 3-4 days prior to when you expect to ovulate, the day you expect to ovulate, and the one day following. This will extremely increase your chances of getting pregnant. If you are irregular it is best to use additional methods to figure out when you will ovulate. There are many other things you can do to increase your chances such as taking your temperature, watching the consitancy of you cervical fluid, and taking ovulation tests. Remember though the harder you try the more stressful it gets and the more it becomes a science experiment. I've been there. Good Luck....
