When I was pregnant with my first and second, my OB told me to take Unisom if I could not sleep. I was only allowed to take HALF a pill, once per night. Only if I was having a lot of trouble sleeping. There are only certain drugs you can take while pregnant. You need to check with you doctor to be sure.
