Slight Tender Abdomen Is It Normal

I am 10 weeks 4 days pregnant, first pregnancy so worried to all h*ll... off and on ill get slight abdomen tenderness, does anyone know if that is normal? Please advise. Thank you so much.

This is normal, as long as there is no blood you should be fine. Also, if you start to really cramp, call your doctor!
