do i have to have my baby take his fathers surname, i want him to have my name, but i don't know where i stand legally. help.

My baby has both our names.
Why don't you want your baby to have his surname? Is he ok with that? Maybe you might have to get him to sign some papers or something so the baby gets your name. I'm not quite sure.
