I am having a va___al discharge that is thick and very mucus like. It also has tinges of blood through it.(Sorry I know this is gross but it looks a little like if you blew your nose hard and it bleed a little in the mucus) I'm very concerned. My doctor gave me medicine but it hasn't helped. Is this something I should be concerned about or is it relatively normal?

Are you pregnant? How far along? It sounds like you might be loosing your mucus plug.
