me and my boyfriend have been together for three years and we recently just started trying to have a baby together we tryed for two months. I had my period for two and a half days really really light tho. next month my b___st were really sore and i could barely touch them with out them aching my boyfriend told me that they looked like they grown now i have no problems with my b___st and i had my period this month for five days i was wondering if i could still be pregnant because just this past week or two i been having white milky discharge and i had brown to pinkish spotting that happened twice i been feeling really sleepy lately have had headaches moods swings and i been eating a lot its like right after i eat my stomach growls and im still hungary. could i be pregnant or is there something else going on where i should see a doctor?

this would be my first kid and i took two test and they both came out negative

I'm hoping someone can answer this for me. I had a very irregular period. It lasted only 3 days (14-16DPO) when it usually lasts for 5. My ovulation day was anytime between January 1-3rd so the DPO can vary slightly. My period was irregular for me because it started out spotting very dark brown and gradually turned in to a normal period flow but then it abruptly stopped on the 3rd day. Then started spotting only a few drops of dark brown again on the 5th day. Then completely ended. I've been taking tests and all came out negative (10-20DPO Today). I have slight waves of nausea, and I had diarrhea yesterday and today. Can I be pregnant and if so, shouldn't the tests be coming out positive by now if I were pregnant?

tina9, you should test again, and please come back and let us know the result. Genna, some women test negative until 28 DPO and a few even later. I suggest you test again next weekend. GL!

So glad I found this site! My husband & I are trying for baby #3. Hopefully someone can help me. My period, or what I thought was my AF started Tuesday morning like 2am a week earlier than expected & my last period was the 1st of this year, I put a pad on. When I woke up there was only a few spots. Wiped only a pinkish color came on, so I figured period, took a shower and totally forgot to put a pad on(btw ladies if your ttc do not use tampoons), i was wearing white shorts too, but to my amazement no spotting on my clothes but when I wiped there was blood. So pad on again, use the rest room again later. Spotless pad, and I wiped no period but pinkish again. It never does that. At night I didnt put a pad on, I was up all night till 6am Wednesday and no spotting at all. This morning I took a pregnancy test and i saw a faint line, but im not sure if its my mind playing tricks on me cause I want the line to be dark like the control line, after the test now my discharge is brownish. My symptoms are vivid dreams, ever since two weeks ago, sore and shooting pains on my b___sts, lost in appet_te, and craving coffee all the time, the smell of things bother me especially sushi smell and rice. Now my question is when can I take a pregnancy test if I am pregnant so that it will come out positve. Before my suppose period arrived I was 80% certain I was pregnant, now Im 50%. A few months ago I had my iud paragard removed, had an ultrasound and everything is fine down there. I will update if I am pregnant or not.

Hello, I have read previous comments and sounds like I found the right place for the advice that I need..my past two periods have lasted only to days. Which hasn't happened before my monthly always last five plus days. I have been trying for 7 moths now and have been unsucessful. I really want to be pregnant. I dine a test this Tuesday and it was negative any help would be great x

Sandra, you may be describing implantation spotting - pink and brown when wiping a week before your period is due. Weird cramps might be another sign right soon. Run your first test the middle of next week if a proper period does not arrive on time, and repeat a week later if the first test is not conclusive. Anna, if you are still working on the same partner and have had no infections since your last child was born, not b___stfeeding, it should just be a matter of time before you get lucky again. The older you get the longer it takes. Check with a fertility doctor if you are not successful in 12 months of trying. GL!

Ok thankyou, I haven't had a infection and im haven't changed partner. With my second son I got pregnant whilst b___stfeeding my first son. Thank you Granpa Viv. I will take another Wednesday and Thursday, will update. It's funny how all of us can't wait a measily week for a positve result, but still have to wait 9months to see the baby, lol.

Megan, conceiving with a 22 day cycle is not easy. On what cycle day do you normally ovulate - just curious. You should wait to test until after your period was originally expected. Let us know of any other signs that show up - those you told have some promise. GL!
