What Does This Mean Pregnant Or Period

I was suppose to have my period November 16th and got it November 23rd which I usually normally get it on time and it usually lasts 4 to 5 days. This one lasted till November 24th. Was very spotty. I had taken a test after missing my period the 16th which was negitve.. But now I am unsure what to do.

If you were pregnant you would be posting a list of early pregnancy signs. Take another test if you wish, then chalk it up to an irregular cycle. GL!
