I heard some people say that during pregnancy, you must stay away from the microwave and never ever take x-ray. Is this true? why or why not?

Hi, It is true to avoid x-rays. but it is safe to use the microwave oven. You might not want to stand directly infront of it 24/7 but it is ok to warm up some food. :)
