How Often Should He Be Pooping

My son is 3 weeks and for the last day or two he has been pooping like it is going out of style. The poop is normal looking but it seems like he is pooping more often. I am just wondering if this is normal?

Are you b___stfeeding? b___stfed babies poop more often than bottle fed babies.

I think it's at 3 weeks that they have a growt spurt,so he may be drinking and pooping more!!!!

I am formula feeding and yes he is now eating more. About 5 oz. every 3-3.5 hours.

My Emma is 4 wks old and I swear every hour or two I'm changing her poopy diaper! I'm b___stfeeding.

It's pretty common for them to poop with every feeding when they're that young. In a couple of weeks it will slow down, and then you'll be wondering if your baby is constipated because he's only pooping once a day :-)
