Are moles placement genetic? My son and his father has a mole on the back of there head(in the same spot) and on another private part which is weird. It's weird because I know it genetic to have a lot moles, but in the same spots is totally weird. The different is my son are flat and his father had already growed bigger which I guess my son's moles are going to grow bigger too. I just do not want them cutting the mole when they cut his hair.

I had a bf who had to have his removed just because of that. henever he got a haircut, the barber would knick it. They can REALLy bleed sometimes.

i don't think it's weird at all.. my aunt had a mole on her chin, and had it removed when she was 16, i had the same mole, it was the same colour, in the same place and it was the same size (i also had it removed at 16). My sister and i have the same birth mark on the very back of our heads, which my son also had when he was born, but his faded. I just hope my son turns out more like me than his father in the mole department.. other than the one i had removed, i have no other raised moles.. my husband has tonnes..
