Although Caleb is not my first, with my first he never had an ear infection until the age when he could actually tell me mommy my ear hurts...what are signs of an ear infection? he seemed so fussy last night but he did not have a fever....he slept all night too. But last night when he was crying before going to bed he was pulling on his ear. Also he wasnt very hungry all day yesterday and he did the biggest poo ever....it went through everything and it was a little runny.

Jasmin was doing this, but the health visitor said when they are this young (jasmin was 4-5 weeks) they cant feel the place where the pain is they are not that coordinated, she said probably belly ache

my husband just took him to the doctors and no he does not have an ear infections,.....that is good so you were right I guess something was hurting him and he was just pulling his ear.

thats good news monica, sounds like your little guy was constipated, when Jasmin gets all fussy pulling her ear, scratching her face and pulling her hair i give her boiled but cooled water mixed with boiled hot water and a spoon of boots own aple flavoured gripe water, jasmin guzzles it from a bottle then seems settled and poos, my mumsaid she also gave us three kids boiled water, doc said good idea, helps her poo and settle anyway

I agree on the water... it helps them when they are constipated.

I know that would be the last thing I needed. I think he has a bad stomach my mom said he was so fussy yesterday and didnt take a nap...so he could of been over exhausted last night....and was pulling on his ear for no reason....

i think the ear is the closest and easiest thing to grab to take out their frustration on

Saturday and Sunday Lucas was over tired and getting him to go to sleep was tough. His gums are really hurting him too, especailly at night. And he is so overdramatic anyway, that doesn't help

signs of a baby ear infection are unusual crying when u lay baby down, a slight fever that will suddenly spike after a few days, crankyness, and baby will sometimes pull on ears. hope this helps if u suspect an ear infection go to the dr asap good luck

Sophia pulls on her ears, she also pulls her hair so much that it comes out. I think teething pain can make babies do that.
