When Can I Start To Exercise

I lost about 22lbs. the first week and now I can't seem to lose any more it has been 3 weeks since my va___al delivery.

Wait the 6 weeks doctors recommend, and remember, it took you 9 months to gain the weight, so don't expect to lose it overnight. Just think of it as insulation for the winter, and extra padding for your baby to sleep on when cuddling! 8^)

My doc said that same thing, wait six weeks. She said after six weeks start out slow and don't push yourself for the first 2 weeks. Then after that if you haven't had any problems, workout as much as you want.

I had a v____al delivery with a cut. I started (with doc approvel) 3 weeks after. I took a easy at first and after my 6 week check up and everything was ok I started intense work out .

Definitely wait until you get the "go ahead" from your dr! All of my weight came off the first week...but it wasn't the weight I was concerned about...it was the linea nigra, the darkened abdomen, and other pregnancy marks I wanted to dissappear. I asked my dr. at my six week appointment what I could do for stuff like that...the best thing is time...now 6 months postpartum all of that stuff has disappeared.
