OK, well Amaya is going to be in her first beauty pageant next month but I dont know where to get a dress. We looked a Dillards today and didnt see anything. I know everyone lives in different parts of the world, but do any of you know of any websites that I can go and look at them. We looked on Ebay but they were just kinda plain! I want something BEAUTIFUL for my BEAUTIFUL baby. Any suggestions would be great!

They have some really beautiful dresses-most are for toddlers, but there are a few that are for infants. You might also try looking at bridal websites for flower girl dresses. www.davidsbridal.com has some really nice dresses as well. I don't know if you can order online or not though. Good luck!

If i were you I would pick up a plain dress in her size and go to a crat store and get sparkles or beads ribbons ....whatever I would also hand sew them on instead of gluing them on since little hands tend to grab everything they can that way you have a dress that will be unlike any other allthough it might take a little more tim It will be worth it good luck with the pagent

When is Amaya's pageant? I bet she'll look gorgeous in anything she's wearing! You will post pictures of her all dollied up, right?

I havent gotten a dress yet, the woman in charge told me it could be anywhere from a pageant to sunday dress. We will probably do something like a christmas or easter type dress. Something in between! My mom wanted to buy a $200 pageant dress but she will only get to wear it once and I will want to keep it because it will be her first one!

No matter what you do, Amaya is going to look adorable. I like the idea of buying a plain dress and adding your own accents, that way its an original. Then you can get the dress framed in a picture box too and hang it up over the shelf with all her trophies!!! (just a thought, hehe)

I have no idea when I would have time to sew little beads and things on a dress. The pageant is next weekend. Thanks for all the ideas!

you could try a bridal shop they might have "baby of the bride" dresses

oh!!! Amaya the cutie cutie pie!! It's true that she'll be gorgeous no matter what you do to her. Ignore those negative cmments and make good memories! These are the highlights that we'll all look back on when our little ones are all grown up! good luck. Let me know the results of the pageant!
