The best thing that helped me my 1st baby was eating right. The better you eat, the better EVERYTHING goes! Cut out as much sugar and white flour as possible and you'll be ahead of what I did!! (It took me until the 3rd baby to realize that those things gave me incredible migraines!) Then good exercise, not overdoing it; I did stretches and tons of walking and I got in great shape! Drinking plenty of water! Keeps your liver and kidneys working well. Doing things the best possible way will make for the best pregnancy and delivery!!
