Ok-attempted to drink castor oil, with no success. Then I found CAPSULES of it! Anyone ever try it or know of anyone who did? Does it work as well as the liquid?????
Also, I read that you can put the oil directly on the tummy, anyone know of any success with this????

in my opinion, i think the castor oil is a wives tail. like i said, in my opinion. if i were you, i would start walking as much as you can. it made me dilate sooner, and it made my delivery easier... but as i stated before, this was my personal experience, and my opinion.
