False Labor Or Constipation

Sorry-a little gross, but I have had some strange aches and pains. I am 36 wks with my 2nd. Last time, I had no early pains, just labor. This time, I have been having some light contractions over the last few days, but nothing regular. The strange thing is that the last two nights, I have had really bad pain while laying in bed, which is similar to the pains I have during the day, but are relieved after a bowel movement. TMI, I know, but I have been having very regular BMs at least twice a day, so I don't think it is constipation. Could it be baby pushing on my intestines when I lay down, or something?
