Can someone tell me which excercises are the best to have an easier and quick labor or which activities I should do more of. Please reply, especially anyone with a past experience. Thanks.

walk a lot...and try to stay calm...I was 17 when i had my baby and walking and moving right up until i was able to deliver her was the best solution. Many hospitals provide exercise b___s and showers to help you feel more comfortable...ask waht is available.

Other than to do your Kegels, which will make the pa__sage of the head easier, decrease tearing and reduce the amount of swelling afterwards, the key you need to remember is to stay calm and relaxed - the best you can. Animals who are tense can actually stop labour in progress. While we don't stop it, if you are stressed and tense, it will make it go longer. Remember, this is just one day in your life. The pain will pa__s and the results will be worth it.
