I went to Dr yesterday and she told me I was 70-80% effaced and a good 1 cm dialated. She also said baby's head is very low. Today I have had spotting and believe I lost the mucus plug. Not really any cramping yet. Has anybody had a similiar situation and if so how far away was labor?

I went to the doctor monday and he told me i was 2 1/2 centimeters dialated and my cervix was very thin and the baby's head has dropped very low. He also told me that i may be delivering this week. I cant tell u how far away labor is cause i havent experienced it yet but my due date is tomorrow and hopefully something will happen tonight b/c of the full moon and all. Good Luck to u!!!
