I hear it differs for everybody there are those who swear they feel nothing and there are those that say it was the worst pain they ever experienced. For me it was just an awful day for my body that brought forth the most beautiful person I had ever met. A day of pain for a life gained. The worst for me was 7cm on. I then had an epidural and relaxed my way to what felt like an urge to go to the bathroom. I told the nurse it felt like I had to poop. It turned out I was complete and they turned down my epi and that is when I felt pain again and oh what a pain it was. It feels like ma__sive cramping and hotness in your belly and lower back and thighs. When my water broke I felt nothing except for the gush and then some mild cramps kicked in. So that was it for me. The worst part of my labor was actually the repairs I had after the birth. Everything else was tolerable. I wouldn't want to do it everyday but it was tolerable for that day.
