Light Bleeding Sign Of Labor

Hello,
ladies I am about 38 weeks pregnant and I have been getting bh contractions about 12-17 mintues apart for some days now. I have also lost my mucus plus about a week ago now and just today I started having light bleeding that I notic everytime i go to the restroom is this a sign of labor or something to worry about? I have not had any type of bleeding through my pregnancy until now... so I am a little concerned.
