I had nausea (that made my blood pressure rise enough to cause complications) with every contraction from 1cm dilation on in my last pregnancy. My sister has migranes triggered by her period that also manifest themselves in nausea. Could this be a migrane? Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas on how to combat it and still have a natural birth?
