Tanlea Gene Is Here Finally

Hello everyone!! Well after many, many miserable days, Tanlea (Tan-lee) has finally made her arrival into the world on 9-21-05. We went into the hospital at 7 am and they started the pitocin, at 12:36 p.m they broke my water and at 12:51 p.m. she was born! She weighed 6lbs. and 12 oz. and was 18 in. long, short little thing. She has a head full of hair, so I guess the whole heart burn while pregnancy means hair thing is true, because I have not had to eat a Tums since birth. The labor was very easy and very fast, no time for any drugs, but that was ok. I think I recovered a whole lot faster. I have to say thank you to everyone out there for all the advice and for just letting me vent those last few weeks, this forum made pregnancy alot easier. And for all of you that are going thru the miserable stage right now, take it from me, It does end. :) Good Luck to you all!!!!!
