I'm 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and my baby is in the breech position. Your ob-gyn should discuss your options with you and schedule an ultrasound to confirm the baby's position and amniotic fluid and other conditions. I had an ultrasound two weeks ago so when I saw my ob-gyn this week, she was able to confirm the baby was breech and that there was enough amniotic fluid to manually turn him (perform an ECV) if I wanted. She also discussed scheduling a c-section with me or waiting to see if the baby turns on his own accord. Apparently, some babies turn on their own before labor begins so you may still be able to have a v____al birth, but this is less likely if there isn't enough room or amniotic fluid. Talk to your ob-gyn and see what they say. Good luck.
