how do i check to see if i am dilated

I would like to kno if anyone knows anything about taking castor oil i drank 2oz. last night I woke up with cramping thinking it might be contractions i no longer have them now but does anyone know how long it takes for castor oil to work if it does work?

castor oil is not safe.. look it up on various internet sites..from what I've heard it is bad because it is a laxative and has the same effect on the baby, causing meconium which can lead to infection. Castor oil in some cases will start labour, if you are ready. It is not recommended to use.the cramping could have just been diahreha or, contractions.
