I am 38.5 weeks with my third child and at 1.5cm dilated as of Wed. I am still having regular contractions and some pain like pins and needles, losing whatever of my mucous plug is left and wondering when this will happen?Just getting anxious I guess,any suggestions of what I can do to move this along?

I just went to the hospital two days ago because of pains and pressure down their and when they checked me they said i was 1 1/2 centimeter dilated so all they told me to do was keep walking alot and when i get tired out relax and continue walking if i want labor to progress if not they told me just sit back keep your legs up and enjoy the wait
