I am having weird like twinges of sharp pains and lots of discomfort, I have som BH at night and am alittle crampy during the day. Hips feel like they are a barbie's legs being pulled too far.....anyone have any suggestions to how to ease the dis comfort? and i only pee about an ounce but like it is every 10 min! Frustration....36 weeks....Chrissy

I am 37 weeks and doing the same thing. It is just your body getting used to the increased weight and pressure of the now larger baby.

When your body starts to relax your pelvis, you can be in a lot of discomfort. I used to sit on an exercise ball, holding onto something so I wouldn't fall and bounce. It seemed to release some of the pressure I was feeling. The twinges and sharp pains are normal and they will begin to ease up. The urinating every 10 minutes, can't help you there, I'm in the same boat. You don't have much longer to go. I know it feels like forever....

The excersize ball really helped relief the pressure for me!! Also when you go to the bathroom try and lean forward does not empty your bladder but doctor told me could help a little. Hang in there.
