Feels Like Water Going To Break

my baby has dropped and when he moves i get this feeling that im going to pi myself but then nothing happens as of last week my midwife said that im 80%eff. & 1cm has anyone had this feeling and what happend after

i'm 38 1/2 weeks and 2 1/2 centimeters dialated and i'm not sure if my baby has dropped or not but i figure he has....and as u said...sometimes when he moves i feel like i'm going to pee also and theres a lot of pressure on my bladder...i'm wondering what's going on also...so can someone tell me please if u kno.

it's because the baby is sitting right on your bladder. towards the end of my preg with my son, I had to pee all the time but when I went, only a little would come out. This is normal and I am sad to say that it has no relation to your water breaking. when it breaks, its usually a big gush, trust me-you'll know. After you have it and you can get up to pee, its weird because you can pee alot!!!
