My name is charmagne and i only dialated 1.5 and have contractions everyday and trust i tried s_x and nothing help. will excercise help? and what kind of excercise will help?

How far along are you? I was 40 & 4 days and still only 1 cm. 0% effaced. I ended up getting induced due to high blood pressure but I bet I would have been pregnant. The only things I tried were walking and sitting on one of those exercise b___s. I don't think it help but walking did help me keep my mind off of the situation. I just remember the last month seeming like it took a year.
