How Do They Check For Dialation

just wondering what the doctor must do to check for dialation. Like, do they stick their fingers in the va___al area, etc? First baby and have not a clue.

Yes he will stick about 2 fingers deep inside the v____a and sometimes press on your belly also to get a better feel. It does not really hurt but is alot of pressure. I hope this helps.
