i have been having contractions for 23 hours but they are not regular. Anyhing i can do to help regulate them??? plz help, i don't know how many hours of this i can endure.

I have had irregular contractions all day yesterday and throughout the night but they were like period cramping and bearable so I was able to sleep. Right now there is just a mild achiness there, nothing like yesterday. My due date was last Wednesday!
