i am 39 weeks and 1 day pregnant, my baby was breech and turned by herself, i think i know when she did it and had a terrrible night with contraction sort of pains for about three hours then nothing, last night i had a realy bad pain at the top of my tummy but didnt realy peter of at all for about 7 or 8 mins, nothing eased the pain and it went through to my back when it went i felt fine, is this baby turned again or is it the start of labour?
