how to jumpstart labor asap or how to get the mucas plug to get out

I need some advice. I'm 38 1/2 weeks and my belly feels like i am going to bust. I think Im losing my plug but it is clear and some of it is a yellowish tint. With my first one it was pinkish. Can anyone give me some advice?

Just try to keep your mind off of it. Your baby will come when it is ready. I found nothing I did made it come any faster. I prayed to be induced and after being 4 days late, I got my wish because my blood pressure went sky high. Considering it was my first labor I can't compare but I have to think it would have been a lot less painful if I had not been induced. I don't think I would have had to push for almost 3 hours if I had not been induced before my body was ready.
