Please Help Am I In Early Labor

im 24 weeks and in much pain right now. im dont know if im an early labor or not. i am back in lower pain and lower tummy, like period cramps, it hurts more on the left side. right now its easing abit. but it starts up again.
do you know if i am in labor? has anyone happen to them before? i never had back pain during my pregnancy before, this is first time. i will be timing contraction now. actually not sure how to time it!

Hopefully you have already called your doctor or gone in to the ER. If not, please do so, even if the pain has stopped. A normal amount of discomfort is expected, but at 24 weeks you shouldn't be in any actual pain (which can be common later in pregnancy when things are really getting stretched out). Please go see your doctor. Better to sound a false alarm than not go and regret it later. Good luck, I'm sure everything is fine.
