Will someone please tell me when it's safe to start drinking the raspberry leaf tea. I am know 34 weeks and haven't seen a clear answer on when to start drinking it since there is conflicting information on it inducing labor or just helping tone the uterus.

You get Rasberry Leaf Tea from an Herb shop. I too have tried everything, even Black Cohosh, Magnesium, Walking, S_x. Nothing has worked so far, I've been walking 2 miles a day! Asking an Herbalist what can cause early contractions is your best bet.

Hi, curry is another must to try, fresh pineapple is said to have worked too.. if that fails then try s_x, the sperm has a hormone in it that can start off labour.

I think you would all do well to google red rasberry leaf tea and get the correct info. It does not induce labor, but merely conditions and relaxes the uterus in preperation for labor. Another thing to remember, all attempts to induce labor naturally are for nothing if your body is simply not ready to give birth.

like any other herb/vitamin it takes about 6 weeks for it to take affect. best time to start taking rasberry leaf tablets is from the start of your third trimester Natures Own Rasberry leaf contains 500mg per tab take 2 twice a day with meals and if you want drink 1 cup of rasberry leaf tea a day.

i ve heard that you should start these at 35-6 weeks. im not sure if they induce labour but they are supposed to help reduce its length as far as i am aware. i have tried alsorts of things with my other pregnancies including keeping busy, walking, eating indian food, s_x is supposed to help !! so i tried that too. good luck
